Season Pass for Skating and Tubing Waiver
Please complete your waiver prior to visiting Titletown for your Season Pass for Ice Skating and/or Tubing:
- Each adult (18 and older) must complete his/her own waiver and may add up to 10 minors per waiver.
- You will receive an email - upon successful completion of the online waiver. Please keep this accessible for check-in.
- Your completed waiver (and associated QR code) is valid for the 2024-2025 Winter Season.

Please complete your waiver prior to visiting Titletown for Fitness Activities programs. Please note:
- Each adult (18 and older) must complete his/her own waiver.
- Each adult may add up to 10 minors per waiver.
- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful completion of the online waiver.
- Your completed waiver is valid through December 31, 2025.
