Titletown Development Officially Welcomes CLA to U.S. Venture Center

Professional services firm now has more than 125 team members working on-site

Titletown Office Partners, the real estate development partnership led by the Green Bay Packers and Commercial Horizons, today officially welcomed CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen LLP), one of the leading professional services firms in the United States, to its new Green Bay office at the U.S. Venture Center in Titletown.

CLA-Green Bay’s office area encompasses the entire second floor of the building, more than 30,000 square feet. Since moving from their previous office space in May, the new office and its amenities have been creating excitement and growth opportunities for the business and helping with recruitment and retention.

The space includes conference rooms named after Green Bay streets as well as local art that features nods to Green Bay history and traditions. The one-floor design inspires collaboration and fosters idea sharing among CLA staff members, and the intentional floor plan includes ample workstations that border floor-to-ceiling windows, as well as interior offices with glass walls to allow natural light to flow throughout the office.

“We’re pleased to be able to welcome CLA to Titletown,” said Mark Murphy, Packers president and CEO. “As a firm that works with companies on many different fronts, CLA is a great addition to the mix. The development continues to mature, and we look forward to the increasing energy that will come as the workforce and resident population grows.”

CLA’s move to the U.S. Venture Center also complements CLA’s CPA relationship with TitletownTech, the partnership between the Green Bay Packers and Microsoft located in Titletown that enables and invests in early-stage and existing businesses.

The U.S. Venture Center is now at 80 percent capacity, with the recent addition of Aon to the building’s roster of companies. The remaining space in the building includes 26,000 square feet of office space located on the first level adjacent to Titletown Square.

“Our move to the Titletown building is another example of our commitment to this area and to innovation in business,” said Brad Frank, managing principal of office, CLA Green Bay. “We’re passionate about serving tech and venture firms throughout Northeast Wisconsin, creating opportunities for clients across industries, for our people, and for our communities.”
