This signature class takes your strength workout to the next level by utilizing combination movement patterns to create a total body strength routine that will rev your metabolism, challenge your body in new ways, and build lean muscle mass. We'll think outside of your basic squat and bicep curl to build strength and bust plateaus all to the beat of some fun music.
Participants need to bring their own weights. We recommend a set of medium to heavy as we will be working full body the entire 45 minutes however everyone is encouraged to use their own discretion.

Please complete your waiver prior to visiting Titletown for Fitness Activities programs. Please note:
- Each adult (18 and older) must complete his/her own waiver.
- Each adult may add up to 10 minors per waiver.
- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful completion of the online waiver.
- Your completed waiver is valid through December 31, 2025.
