Cardio Dance is an aerobic dance workout to current pop, hip-hop and world music. Join our instructors for this dance party that is sure to spice up your week.
- Bring a towel and water. Class is recommended for age 16+ but younger teens are welcome if accompanied by an adult.
- Registration is required for this free program as this class is limited. Each week registration will open on Wednesdays at 5PM for the following week’s class. Space is limited due to room size. When the class is full the form will offer a waitlist option. We ask registered guests to email Titletown@packers.com to cancel if plans change. If any spots open those on the waitlist will be contacted via email or text.

Please complete your waiver prior to visiting Titletown for Fitness Activities programs. Please note:
- Each adult (18 and older) must complete his/her own waiver.
- Each adult may add up to 10 minors per waiver.
- You will receive a confirmation email upon successful completion of the online waiver.
- Your completed waiver is valid through December 31, 2025.
